This lease agreement made on 03, April, 2009 between Ms./Mr.        (hereinafter called the lessor) and
Ms./Mr.        (hereinafter called the Lessee)


W I T N E S E S


Whereas, the Lessor agrees to lease and the Lessee agrees to lease from the Lessor the above described
premises for use and occupation by the Lessee as a strictly private dwelling for one family only. Now, therefore,
This agreement witness that


1. The period of this agreement shall be for 12 months commencing on the of 4th of april. 2009, and expiring on
    the 5th of april, 2010. During the term of this lease, the Lessees shall not sublease the said premises any part
    thereof without the written consent of the Lessor. This lease is renewable, provided an agreement is reached
    between the parties.

2. It is agreed that the rent for the said premises shall be set at the sum of KRW2,200,000 per month payable
    and security deposit shall be set at the sum of KRW5,000,000. The Lessee shall pay the sum of
    KRW2,200,000 in advance for 1 month to the Lessor. The lessee shall be entitled to return of the deposit rental
    if the premises are return to the Lessor in the same condition as they were when leased, less normal wear
    and tear. As down payment KRW        will be paid on sinning this lease and rest of KRW        will be paid
    before/or moving date. In the event of the Lessee fails to pay one(1) month rent, The Lessor shall be at liberty to
    terminate this lease immediately.

3. Throughout the term of this lease, the Lessee shall be liable for any pay such monthly common expenses
    (water, gas, electricity charges) and lessee will pay for monthly management charges.

4. Throughout the said term, the Lessee shall take good care of the said premises and appurtenants thereto, so
    that they suffer no waste or injury: indemnify and save the Lessor from and against any and all liabilities arising
    in part by any fault or negligence of the Lessee, or of the guests and servants of the Lessee : repair, at or
    before the end of the term, all injury done by the installation or removal of any furniture and property so as to
    restore the said premises to their original state: and, at the end of the term, quit and surrender the premises in
    as good order and condition as they were at the beginning of the term, with normal wear and damages by the
    elements expected.

5. In the event the Lessee fails to comply with any one of the specified conditions of this lease, the Lessor may
    give a notice in writing to the Lessee, stating specifically wherein a violation of condition exists. If, after
    consultation, no agreement for correction is reached, the Lessor is entitled to terminate this lease, provided a
    notice in writing is given to the Lessee 30 days(thirty) in advance of the termination day, in this case Lessor
    should pay back the sum of remaining rent within 3 days since the date of diserable termination.

6. The Lessor shall place the premises in good order prior to the occupancy by the Lessee. In case of
    prolongation of contract the Lessor will do cosmetic repair of apartment. Thereafter the lessee, during his
    occupancy, shall keep the premises in order and repair at his own expenses, except for major repairs such as
    leaking roof, fallen or cracking walls, bursting of water and heating pipes. But in case it is owning to the
    carelessness or negligence of the Lessee, reparation shall be for the Lessee's account.

7. The Lessor shall be responsible to insure the building and fixtures of the premises against fire and the
    Lessee shall be responsible to insure his own goods and chattels placed or stored therein and neither party
    shall be responsible to the other for each other's loss or damage in the event of disaster such as fire, floods,
    typhoon and/or other pits of God.

8. If Lessee wants to terminate this agreement, Lessee should inform Lessor 60 days in advance of the
    termination date and Lessor should pay back the sum of remaining rent to the lessee.

9. Any matter related to this agreement which is not specifically provided for herein shall be governed by the
    established trade practices in respect to real property lease at this time in Seoul, Korea.

10. In witness thereof, the parties hereto have subscribed their name and fixed their signature as of the date
    first above written.
